Terms of Service for Professionals

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the handi professional application and related services as an independent service provider. They set out the legal relationship between you and handi (the platform operator) and important rules for how you may offer services to customers introduced through the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register for or use the professional service.
By creating or using a professional account, downloading or using the professional app, or accepting jobs through handi, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you enter into a binding agreement with handi on this basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as described in the app or by other reasonable means where required by law. Continued use of the professional service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a separate consent.
We may modify features, fees, eligibility criteria, verification requirements, or availability of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that handi shall not be liable for temporary unavailability, bugs, or changes to the service.
handi provides software, matching, booking tools, and (where applicable) payment facilitation through certified partners. handi does not perform the underlying trade or professional work for the customer; you perform that work as an independent provider using your own tools, methods, and business judgment, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or offset payouts where permitted, cooperate with authorities, and pursue any other remedies available under law or contract.
Owners and Administrators of the Service
handi (hereinafter: "the Company" / "service administrators" / "handi") operates an app-based platform that connects customers with verified professionals for various services. The Company's vision is to be the factor that enables a sense of security in the reliability of service providers in Israel. The service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf include the Company, its shareholders, directors, office holders, employees, agents, and/or anyone on their behalf. For the avoidance of doubt and without derogating from the Terms of Service below, use of the service is at your sole responsibility. The service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf are not responsible in any way in connection with your use of the service and all contents included in the service are presented to you as is (AS IS).
Service Description
The handi professional app allows independent service providers to receive job opportunities, manage availability, communicate with customers, and (where enabled) receive payouts for completed work booked through the platform. handi uses technology-including automated and AI-assisted features-to facilitate matching, scheduling, and booking workflows. You acknowledge that handi is a technology and marketplace intermediary, not the employer of professionals and not the party performing work for the customer.
Professional Accounts and Registration
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract in your jurisdiction. You represent that you hold (and will maintain) any licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance required for the services you offer, and that all information you provide during onboarding and verification is accurate and kept up to date.
Professional Responsibilities
You are responsible for: performing services safely, lawfully, and to a professional standard; honoring commitments you accept through the platform unless cancelled or rescheduled according to platform rules; treating customers and handi staff respectfully; securing your account credentials; promptly updating your profile, documents, and payout details; and complying with all tax, reporting, and social-security obligations applicable to your independent business.
Registration
You must provide accurate personal and business information (including identity, contact details, service areas, rates where applicable, tax identifiers, and payout details). You must update handi without delay when any of this information changes. False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
By submitting onboarding and account information, you consent to handi processing your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including verification, payouts, fraud prevention, and operational communications.
You may request account closure or deletion of personal data subject to applicable law and handi's need to retain certain records (e.g., invoices, dispute evidence, tax, or regulatory obligations). See the Privacy Policy for how to submit requests.
Direct Marketing
We may send you service-related and promotional messages by push, SMS, email, or in-app channels where permitted. You may opt out of non-essential marketing as described in the app or Privacy Policy; operational notices may continue while you maintain an active professional account.
Your Relationship with handi and Customers
Independent Contractor Status
You acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor, sole proprietor, or independent business (as applicable) and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of handi. handi does not direct or control how, when, or where you perform accepted jobs beyond reasonable platform rules, quality standards, and legal or safety requirements communicated through the service. You are free to organize your own work, set your offered services within the platform's parameters, and use your own equipment, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create an employment relationship under Israeli or other applicable labor law; if any provision is held inconsistent with mandatory law, that provision will be read down to the minimum extent necessary.
Verification and Ongoing Eligibility
handi may verify your identity, business registration, licenses, insurance, skills, and references. You authorize us and our vendors to collect and process information reasonably required for verification, fraud prevention, and trust and safety. Verification or continued listing on the platform is not a guarantee of job volume, earnings, or that you will pass future checks. You must promptly inform us of any change that affects your eligibility (e.g., loss of license or insurance) and cooperate with re-verification requests.
Platform Policies and Customer Remedies
handi may offer customer-care or satisfaction programs (including refunds or credits) as described in the app from time to time. Such programs are platform policies and do not make handi the provider of your trade or professional services. You remain responsible for the quality and legality of work you perform. Where handi provides a remedy to a customer in connection with a job you performed, you agree that handi may, to the extent permitted by law and your payout agreement, offset or recover associated amounts from your future payouts or charge payment methods you have authorized for that purpose.
Communications, Quality, and Safety
To operate safely and fairly, handi may monitor or review in-app communications, job outcomes, ratings, disputes, and related metadata in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you by phone, SMS, push notification, or email regarding jobs, payouts, compliance, or emergencies. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages as described in the Privacy Policy, but operational notices may continue while you use the service.
Payment, Fees, Payouts, and Chargebacks
Customer-Side Pricing
Pricing presented to customers is determined by the platform, your offered rates (where applicable), and applicable taxes or fees as shown in the app. You agree not to misrepresent pricing or collect undisclosed off-platform fees in circumvention of these Terms.
Platform Commission, Payouts, and Taxes
handi charges a platform commission on completed jobs booked through the service (currently 7.5% unless otherwise stated in the app or a separate written agreement). Commission rates, payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and supported payout methods may change with reasonable notice where required. Payouts are typically processed after successful payment collection and completion confirmation, subject to fraud review, chargebacks, and offsets. You are solely responsible for all taxes, social benefits, and filings arising from your earnings. If a customer payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed, handi may claw back or withhold corresponding amounts from your payouts or other amounts owed to you, and may suspend your account pending investigation.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by certified third-party payment partners. handi does not store full customer card data on its own servers. You authorize handi and its payment partners to collect, hold, and disburse funds in accordance with the flows shown in the app and applicable law.
Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You must honor confirmed bookings or cancel/reschedule only through the platform and within the time windows and rules shown in the app. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your visibility, ratings, and continued access to the platform.
Refunds and Offsets
Refunds or credits to customers may be issued in line with handi policies or legal requirements. You understand that such decisions can reduce or reverse amounts otherwise payable to you. You agree to cooperate with reasonable dispute-resolution processes and to provide evidence of service completion when requested.
Links to Other Sites and/or Third-Party Publications
The service administrator displays information regarding sellers or service providers in Israel only, unless otherwise stated explicitly. The service may include, among other things, price comparisons and links to third-party sites, including sales sites and/or suppliers offering products and/or services to the user (hereinafter - "third parties"). The service is not a sales site and the service administrator is not and will not be considered as a seller and/or as offering for sale any products and/or services to the user.
Contents displayed on the service that are of third parties and/or originate from third parties, including contents of sales sites displayed on the service and/or contents that appeared as search results on the service, are not owned by the service administrator, are not operated by them, are not their responsibility, and are the sole responsibility of those third parties.
It is clarified that the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf are not related in any way to the linked sites and therefore are not responsible for the contents appearing in them, for the terms of use of those sites, for their privacy policy, and/or for anything else in connection with those sites. By browsing any of the linked sites, you hereby irrevocably release the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf from any responsibility in connection with those sites.
The service administrator does not commit that all links found on the service will be valid and will lead the user to an active internet site or media channel. The service administrator may cancel a link included on the service or refrain from adding a new link, all at their sole discretion. The service administrator does not commit that there will be no malfunction or defect or failure (hereinafter: "interference") in the operation of the service and/or the internet network and/or the cellular network and/or any other media in which and/or through which the service contents and/or applications are displayed. However, the service administrator will make great efforts to prevent or fix any such interference as soon as possible.
If you are transferred to linked sites, we recommend that you be alert and careful, make sure to read the terms of use and privacy policy of that site, and verify that the site is indeed suitable for your usage patterns on internet sites and does not contain prohibited material such as offensive, harmful, insulting, hostile, threatening, false, vulgar, violent, repulsive, illegal, and/or inappropriate content.
General Limitation of Liability
Use of the service and/or performing any use of the service and all that is involved is at your sole responsibility.
The service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf and/or third parties operating any service are not responsible in any way, whether directly or indirectly, for your use of the service in any way and/or for any result that will be caused to you and/or to any third party as a result of the above and/or in connection therewith. Publishing contents on the service or placing a link by the service administrator will not be interpreted as an offer to the user, as an expression of support, encouragement, agreement, or granting sponsorship of the service administrator to these contents and/or to services offered by others.
The information displayed on the service does not constitute a substitute for consultation with professionals. In displaying the data, there is no recommendation and/or expression of opinion and/or opinion regarding a sales site of any third party and/or to services and/or products offered by any third party.
The service administrator recommends that the user act as a smart and careful consumer, and in any case, before performing any action, including a purchase action on a sales site of any third party, to review carefully and thoroughly all information that third party displays or distributes on their site, and if the third party is a supplier or seller of products and/or services (hereinafter - "supplier"), to review in particular the terms of use on the sales site of that supplier.
The service allows finding information that the user may find inappropriate for their needs and/or to which they object to the content and/or which they consider offensive and/or irritating and/or inappropriate and/or immoral (hereinafter - "harmful information"). Since the service administrator cannot control information displayed or distributed by others, the service administrator and/or anyone on their behalf will not be responsible for any damage that will be caused to the user and/or to any third party due to exposure to harmful information, and the service administrator disclaims any responsibility for the content and/or information of any sales site included in any search results or linked by the service, and/or of any user.
Including but without derogating from the generality of the above, the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf and/or third parties operating any service are not responsible, whether directly or indirectly, for: (1) errors and/or inaccuracies in contents appearing on the service; (2) injury and/or damage of any kind to body and/or property caused as a result of use of the service; (3) loss or damage that will be caused to contents uploaded to the service including deletion and/or change thereof; (4) injury and/or damage caused as a result of unauthorized penetration into the secured servers of the service containing the personal and confidential details of users and/or other details; (5) interference, malfunction, and/or interruption in the transfer of information/content to the service or from it; (6) injury and/or damage caused as a result of a virus, bug, Trojan horse, and/or something similar that will be found on the service and/or transmitted from it; (7) injury and/or damage and/or disruption and/or loss that will be caused as a result of use of any of the contents of the service and/or services found on the service.
You hereby waive any claim and/or argument and/or request against the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf and/or third parties operating any service in connection with your use of the service in any way and/or any result that will be caused to you and/or to any third party as a result of your use of the service and/or any result that will be caused to you and/or to any third party as a result of your use of the service as mentioned, and including but without derogating from the generality of the above, for any damage and/or injury and/or expense and/or loss and/or loss and/or anything else that will be caused to you and/or to any third party as a result of use of the service and/or any of the contents included in it and/or from your violation and/or violation of any third party of any of the Terms of Service and/or as a result of your violation and/or violation of any third party of any rights of any third party as a result and/or in connection with use of the service, and including uploading any contents to the service and/or as a result of your reliance or reliance of any third party on the contents of the service and/or any other information found on the service.
Without limiting other indemnities in these Terms, you commit to indemnify handi and anyone on its behalf for third-party claims arising from your performance of services, your negligence or willful misconduct, or your breach of these Terms, including claims by customers for property damage, personal injury, or unsatisfactory work. You represent that you maintain, or will maintain when required by law or handi policy, appropriate liability and (where applicable) professional indemnity insurance for your trade; failure to maintain required coverage does not limit your obligations under these Terms.
Nature of Contents Included in the Service and Responsibility Therefor
The contents of the service are everything that has expression on the service, whether created by the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf or by advertisers on the service, including any expression in writing, form, sign, sound, image, video, and the like, hereinafter - "service contents". No commercial use of any kind may be made on the service and/or any of the service contents and/or parts thereof without receiving prior written approval from the service administrators.
Including and without derogating from the generality of the above, you may not change, copy, transfer, duplicate, publish, broadcast, display publicly, distribute, sell, grant a use license, and/or make any similar or other commercial use on the service and/or the service contents or parts thereof without receiving approval as mentioned.
It is clarified that the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf do not take any position regarding contents uploaded to the service and do not support and/or identify with any content included on the service, and in particular are not responsible for the accuracy of contents included on the service and do not take any position regarding opinions, ratings, tips, recommendations, comments, and/or positions, and including are not responsible in any way for any of the contents as mentioned. Any reliance on any of the service contents is at the sole responsibility of the user.
The service administrators reserve the right to block access of a certain user or advertiser to the service if the service administrators see that that user or advertiser uploads intentionally contents that are not appropriate and/or that harm in any way the public of users and/or any third party and/or violates any of the provisions of the Terms of Service.
The service administrators also reserve the right to remove/restrict/change any content uploaded to the service by a user or advertiser at their sole discretion and without the need to notify and/or explain anything to the user or advertiser who uploaded the relevant content to the service. It is emphasized that the user or advertiser hereby irrevocably waives any argument and/or request and/or claim against the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf against any of the above actions.
Dear user - you should take into account that by using the service in any way, you may be hurt in your feelings, including encountering false, harmful, unreliable, illegal, and/or inappropriate contents in another way and/or that may harm you in any way.
Prohibited Content
Without derogating from the generality of the above, prohibited content will be considered, among other things, any of the following:
- Content that includes or constitutes a threat, incitement, sedition, defamation, libel, slander, and/or racist or discriminatory expression of any kind.
- Content that constitutes a violation of censorship provisions and/or any other prohibited publication under any law.
- Content that includes exposure of minors without their consent and the consent of their parents or those responsible for them and/or content that presents a minor in a degrading and/or exploited and/or harmful way and/or information and details of any kind regarding minors contrary to the provisions of the law.
- Vulgar/pornographic content that includes expression and/or image and/or sound of an explicit sexual nature.
- Content that violates and/or harms copyright and/or intellectual property rights of any kind and/or other rights of any third party and/or violates trade secrets or fiduciary duties of any third party.
- Harmful content that may harm in any way any third party, including harm to their feelings, privacy, and/or confidentiality, and including disclosure of passwords, personal details, and the like.
- Harassing, violent, repulsive, and/or frightening content.
- Contents that include sending spam (SPAM) or mass sending of messages of any kind not according to the request/wish of recipients, including chain letters and/or pyramid games of all kinds.
- Content that includes material and/or referral to material containing different types or a single type of virus, bug, Trojan horse, and/or something similar.
- Content that has and/or may have misleading elements, including consumer deception.
- Content that may harm and/or cause damage to a person's property, including their computer and/or computer files and/or software found on their computer.
- Illegal content and/or that contains messages and/or expressions that are illegal and/or encourages illegal acts and/or content that contains links to illegal sites or sites containing illegal contents and/or that provides information or refers to activities and/or illegal places.
- Content that constitutes prohibited file sharing.
Reviews and Ratings
The service administrator allows the user to respond to the service of service providers, whose names can be found on the service. The service administrator may, at their sole discretion, require from such user identifying details and/or others, as well as proof of purchase of the product and/or service subject to the opinion.
A user requesting to display an opinion on a product will refer in the opinion to the product only, will display only objective facts and data, will not make use of content and/or wording that is harmful, vulgar, insulting, indecent, or violates any legal provision and/or that constitutes and/or may constitute slander. A user requesting to display on the service an opinion on a third party/supplier/store will do so only if they purchased from that third party/supplier/store a product and/or service through the service.
The user commits that the opinions that will be published by them will not violate provisions of any law and/or will not include any material that harms or violates rights of others and/or any material of a vulgar nature and/or that may harm any third party and/or public feelings and/or any material relating to minors and identifying them and/or any illegal material and/or material that encourages, supports, assists, provides instructions for performance or identifies in performance an act that constitutes a criminal offense according to the laws of the State of Israel and/or any material that violates judicial orders and/or harms state security and/or violates censorship provisions and/or any material that constitutes slander against a person and/or harms their privacy and/or any material whose publication is prohibited according to the provisions of any law and/or any material that may mislead a consumer, as the meaning of things in the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, or any other law.
Prohibited Uses of the Professional Service
You may use the professional app only to operate your independent business in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not misuse the marketplace, customers, or other users.
Non-circumvention: For customers introduced to you through handi (including via leads, bookings, or in-app chat), you must not solicit or complete payment for the same or materially similar services off the platform in order to avoid handi's commission or tracking, except where the Service explicitly permits or where mandatory law requires otherwise. Breach may result in account termination, fee recovery, and other remedies.
You commit not to interfere and/or harm the service and/or its operation and/or services offered on it in any way. In this regard, you commit not to perform any of the following actions: upload to the service software and/or computer files or applications that are harmful and/or harmful. Make any technological changes on the service and/or the service contents and/or any information/application and/or other service found on the service, including security measures found on the service; interfere or change the source code of the service and/or the source files of the service and/or of the service contents.
The transmission, sending, or broadcasting of any material containing any type of computer virus or any other computer code designed to destroy, interfere, or limit use (including any other use besides fair and reasonable use of the service) of any of the computers, servers, hardware, and software used by the Company to provide the services offered on this service.
Distribution of spam to the service servers, or flooding them with any other mail.
Change, process, copy, extract information, adapt, grant sublicense, translate, sell, perform reverse engineering operations, disassemble or reassemble any of the code parts that make up the service, including the database, and such operations regarding the hardware and software used for the service.
Harm in any way copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary right found on this service.
Placing the service, or any part thereof, within a frame of another site (frame), or as part of another site (mirror), without the prior written consent of the Company.
Use of any robot, worm (spider), information retrieval and search engine, or any other automatic or manual tool designed to index, retrieve, and locate information on the service, or such tool designed to expose the structure of the database and code on this service.
Interfere in any other way, or interrupt the service (including by interfering with server operations and the computer network connected to the service or the computer network connected to it) or violate in such or another way the requirements and procedures of the service.
Use intended to track another person or harass another person in any way.
Collect or store personal information about other users for economic or illegal purposes. Also sell, distribute, or make any economic use of information on the service or any other use in a manner that may harm a person to whom the information is relevant.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Any unauthorized use of the service contents and/or trademarks found on the service as mentioned, including copying, translating, or publishing them on the network or any other media is absolutely prohibited. In this regard, any change in the service contents and/or any information found on the service is absolutely prohibited.
The service administrators respect the copyrights of third parties and make sure not to violate them and/or harm them in any way. Therefore, you are requested to act accordingly and not make any use of any content found on the service except for your personal use.
In addition, in any private (non-commercial) use you make of contents included on the service, provided that it is permitted according to the Terms of Service, according to the Privacy Policy and according to law, you are prohibited from changing the contents, reproducing them fully or partially, writing/recording them again and/or performing any operation on them that will cause the contents to be displayed in a different way than the way they were displayed on the service.
It is clarified that the service administrators are not responsible for contents included on the service that are uploaded by users not violating copyrights and/or intellectual property rights of any kind and/or other rights of any third party, and this because the service administrators do not have the ability to supervise contents uploaded to the service by users.
However, the service administrators will examine any complaint submitted to them regarding violation of rights as mentioned and will try to ensure removal from the service of contents regarding which it will be found in their opinion that uploading them to the service harmed the rights of any third party.
Notwithstanding the above, it is clarified that the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf are not responsible in any way in connection with violation of copyrights and/or intellectual property rights of any kind and/or other rights of any third party as a result of uploading contents to the service by users.
If you believe that your copyrights and/or intellectual property rights and/or other rights and/or of any third party have been harmed as a result of uploading certain content to the service, you are invited to contact the service administrators, and we will examine your complaint, and if it is found appropriate to remove and/or restrict and/or change the relevant content in light of your complaint, we will ensure to do so. It is clarified that the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf do not commit to respond to your complaint.
If you believe and/or it has been brought to your attention that in publishing any content on the service, credit was not given that according to the Terms of Service should have been given and/or credit was given that is not correct, please contact the service administrators in this regard, shortly after you became aware of this. It is clarified that in such a case, the sole and exclusive remedy to which you will be entitled is giving the correct credit by the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf regarding the relevant content.
Changes to the Service
The service administrators reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to stop, remove, change, and/or restrict (as applicable) features, applications, services, and/or contents included on the service or parts thereof, whether in the promotions category or in the coupons category and/or the manner of use of the service and/or anything else included on the service and/or to condition conditions in connection with them, whether published and/or uploaded to the service or not, and this without the need to explain and/or notify anything.
In such a case, the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf do not commit to maintain any backups of contents or parts thereof that were removed and/or deleted from the service. In addition, the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf reserve the right to stop the service activity temporarily or permanently, and this without prior notice and without acting to maintain any backup of the service contents or parts thereof.
By using the service, you hereby irrevocably waive any argument and/or claim and/or request against the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf in connection with stopping the service activity temporarily or permanently and/or blocking you from making any use of the service and/or in connection with stopping, removing, changing, and/or restricting by the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf of features, applications, services, contents, mobile contents, and/or anything else included on the service.
Termination of Relationship
You may request to close your professional account by contacting handi as described in the app or Privacy Policy. Outstanding payouts, chargebacks, and legal retention obligations may continue after closure.
handi may suspend or terminate your access immediately or after notice where required, including for breach of these Terms, trust-and-safety concerns, fraud, or legal requirements. Termination does not affect amounts owed, offsets, or surviving provisions (including indemnity and limitation of liability where applicable).
Important Disclaimers
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. handi makes no representations or warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Platform Disclaimer - Matching Service Only
IMPORTANT: handi is a matching platform that connects customers with independent professionals. handi does NOT provide services directly, does NOT employ professionals, and is NOT a party to the professional service relationship between customers and professionals (including the performance of work). Payments for bookings made through the Service are processed by certified payment partners as described in the Service. All services are provided directly by independent professionals who operate their own businesses. handi acts as an intermediary platform facilitating connections between customers and professionals and, where applicable, payment processing for bookings.
Limitation of Platform Liability Toward Professionals
To the extent permitted by law, handi is not liable for: lost profits or lost business opportunities; delays or failures in job matching; customer conduct or non-payment beyond what our payment partners can recover; or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the professional service. handi’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of the professional service in any twelve-month period is limited to the platform fees (commission) handi actually earned from your completed jobs in that period, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
Professionals are Independent Contractors
All professionals listed on handi are independent contractors or service providers operating their own businesses. They are NOT employees, agents, or representatives of handi. Professionals are solely responsible for their own actions, work quality, compliance with laws and regulations, insurance coverage, tax obligations, and all aspects of their business operations.
Verification Does Not Guarantee Quality
While handi performs verification checks on professionals (including business licenses, insurance, and background checks), such verification does NOT constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of: (1) the quality of services; (2) professional competence or skills; (3) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; (4) insurance coverage adequacy; (5) business registration status. Verification is provided for informational purposes only and users should conduct their own due diligence.
No Professional Advice
The information displayed on the service does not constitute professional advice or a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. handi does not provide any professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Users should consult with appropriate professionals for advice specific to their situation.
Your Responsibilities as a Service Provider
You are solely responsible for: (1) maintaining valid licenses, insurance, and qualifications for the services you offer; (2) performing work safely and in compliance with law; (3) the quality and outcome of services you provide to customers; (4) using platform payment flows for bookings made through handi and not soliciting customers to pay off-platform to avoid commission where the Service requires in-app payment; (5) cooperating with handi in good faith in disputes, chargebacks, and investigations. You acknowledge that handi does not supervise your work on site and that you use the platform at your own risk subject to these Terms.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless handi, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) services you perform or fail to perform for customers; (b) bodily injury, death, or property damage connected with your work; (c) your breach of these Terms or violation of law; (d) your interaction with customers or other users; (e) disputes over fees, quality, or refunds for jobs assigned to you; or (f) your failure to maintain required insurance or licenses. This indemnity is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any indemnity elsewhere in these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel alone will apply to the service, use thereof, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and everything related to any of them, including their interpretation, and any dispute and/or legal question related to the service, use thereof, the Terms of Service and/or the Privacy Policy will be brought for decision before the competent judicial authority in Tel Aviv-Jaffa alone.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. The Terms of Service may be updated and/or changed at the sole discretion of the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf, and you alone are responsible for staying updated.
Additional Terms
If a certain provision in the Terms of Service and/or the Privacy Policy is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable for any reason, this provision will be considered as disconnected from the other provisions and will not affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of the other provisions.
The Terms of Service will apply for the benefit of the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf, and interpretation of the Terms of Service or any part thereof will not be made in a restrictive manner against the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf. Any right not explicitly granted to the user will be reserved to the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf.
In any contact of a user with the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf regarding any content found on the service, it is agreed between the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf and the user of the service, according to Section 19 of the Limitation Law, 1958, as a separate written contract - on an agreed limitation period of six months from the initial date of publication on the service of the relevant content, subject of the user's contact ("the agreed limitation period"). Any contact of a user with the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf that will be made contrary to the above, i.e., after the agreed limitation period, will be considered as if it was not made, and the service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf will be exempt from referring to it.
The service administrators and/or anyone on their behalf may assign and/or transfer the Terms of Service and/or the rights and/or obligations thereunder to any body and/or individual other than them, and this without the need to obtain the user's consent and/or notify them of this.
Privacy Policy
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy for professionals, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information-including verification, payouts, and location features. By using the professional service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
We collect account, verification, job, communications, device, and location data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We use this information to operate the marketplace, process payouts, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure.
We share data with customers (as needed for jobs), payment and cloud providers, verification vendors, and authorities when required, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
Final Acceptance
After reading the detailed Terms of Service above, I hereby declare that I have understood them and I agree to them and accept them in full, and therefore I hereby commit to act within the framework of use of the service only in accordance with the Terms of Service.
